Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 9:00 PM, Ferry, one of the P3JH officers from FKIK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, found a pilgrim sitting weakly in the sa'i area. Mrs. Er, a pilgrim from Batam (BTH) embarkation, Group Number 2, passport number B7730xxx felt cramps in her legs after enduring the cold of the sa'i floor. Besides the cold, pilgrims often experience fatigue when carrying out one of the pillars of Umrah so that officers often advise pilgrims to rest first when their legs start to get tired.
The P3JH Team is part of the Hajj Organizing Committee (PPIH) tasked with providing services, protection, and guidance for Hajj pilgrims. The P3JH team consists of medical personnel from the Faculty of Medicine under the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), and the Indonesian National Police (POLRI). Together with the pilgrim protection team (linjam), P3JH guards six designated points under the coordination of the Special Sector of the Grand Mosque. "Every day, we will take turns guarding the six designated points: the Marwah gate, the Sai area, the Zamzam tower, the Darut Tauhid, the Mathaf area, and the Babussalam area." P3JH is also present to assist pilgrims who have difficulty completing the series of Hajj rituals.
