The Medical Education Study Program Student Association (HMPPD) of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang (FKIK UINMA) this year celebrated its 7th anniversary on Sunday (15/10/2023) with the theme "“Seven Out Striven”. The hope of this theme is that this activity can provide benefits and blessings, both for each member of HMPPD as well as the Study Program, Faculty and University.

This anniversary event was held at the Al-Hidayah Orphanage by all administrators of the UIN Malang Student Association (HMPPD) in collaboration with the Qur'ani Student Association (HMPPD) and RMT Health Promotion. The event is expected to foster mutual understanding and a sense of togetherness among the UINMA FKIK PSPD students.
Taking place at Jl. Patimura No. 300, Temas, Batu District, Batu City, East Java, the event was held from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. WIB. The event was attended by Dr. Tias Pramesti Griana, M.Biomed, Head of the Medical Education Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, UINMA.
Prior to the anniversary celebrations, HMPPD held an Open Donation Drive, the proceeds of which will be donated to the Al Hidayah Orphanage. In addition to the charity drive, there were also tumpeng cutting ceremonies, Quran recitation, and health promotion. Furthermore, during the event, the committee also planned games with prizes for the children at the Al-Hidayah Orphanage to add to the excitement.

“"This event is an excellent community service program and trains students' sensitivity to community needs," said Dr. Tias.

Ilfi Farakhatun Najwa, as the chairperson of the committee, hopes that this event will provide benefits in line with the theme of this year's Dies Natalis, seven out striven, which means that on this 7th anniversary, HMPPD can be better than before.
