In order to maintain the quality of medical education graduates in Indonesia, the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristek-Dikti) in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Medical Education Institutions (AIPKI) will hold the Joint Stage Test (UTB) Phase 1 on June 29, 2019. This UTB is supposed to consist of three stages and each stage is held every 2 years. State and Private Medical Faculties under the auspices of AIPKI also participate in holding this exam, including the FKIK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This UTB Phase 1 is intended to measure the achievement of student competencies during their first 2 years of medical education. In addition, this UTB Phase 1 also serves to add a basis for consideration for student evaluation during the first 4 semesters, as stated in the academic guideline of FKIK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
\nThis exam will be administered online using a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format with 150 questions. The first phase of the UTB focuses on basic medical competency. The topics tested are shown in the following table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
